A team that builds, and answers the phone
Hale started with two carpenters who were tired of sites where nobody knew who was in charge. Today the team is larger, and the rule has not changed: one project, one person you can call.
It started with a site nobody was running
Our first shared site was an extension where five trades took turns without ever meeting. The client spent his evenings relaying messages between them. We decided that our own sites would work the other way round: one site manager, one schedule everybody can read, and a client who learns what happened without having to ask. Hale is that decision, kept on every project since.
Three rules we keep
One project, one site manager
Named in the quote and the same until the handover. You never explain your project twice.
The quote is the contract
Line by line, with materials, labour and lead times. A change is written down before it is done, never after.
A clean site every evening
Tools put away, waste removed, access kept clear. You live next to the work, sometimes inside it.
Where we are
14 people on the team, all trades included, 4 trades under one roof, 10 days between the visit and the written quote.
Tell us about your project
A visit, a written quote, and a site manager you will keep until the keys are handed over.
