New homes, extensions, renovation

We build your house, you follow every step

One site manager from the first visit to the handover, a written quote that reads line by line, and a private page where you see the schedule, the work done and the next appointment.

  • Site visit within a week
  • Quote broken down line by line
  • Your project followed online

Services

Four trades under one roof

Each project has one contact person, whatever the number of trades on site. You do not coordinate the roofer and the joiner: we do.

New homes

From the slab to the keys: structure, envelope, joinery and finishes, built to the plans of your architect or to ours.

Extensions

A room, a floor, a timber frame against the existing wall: an extension that looks as if it had always been there.

Renovation

Opening walls, insulating, rewiring and replumbing a house you already live in, room by room so that you can stay.

Roofing and framing

Timber frames, tiles, slate and zinc, attic conversions and roof windows, with the insulation that goes with them.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

The same four steps for a bathroom and for a house. What changes is the size, never the method.

  1. The visit

We come to see the place, take measurements and listen to what you want. Within a week of your request, free of charge.

  2. The quote

A written quote, line by line: materials, labour and lead times. What is not in it will not be charged to you.

  3. The work

One site manager, a schedule you can see online, and a note after each intervention telling you what was done.

  4. The handover

We walk through the work together, list any reservation, and come back to lift it. After that, after-sales has its own line.

Followed online

Your project, open at any hour

Behind this site runs the CRM in which the whole team works. You do not see the tool, you see what concerns you: a private page, your appointments and your requests.

Ask for a visit
  • A private tracking page

The work done, the hours used and the open requests, on a page whose address only you have.

  • Appointments in your calendar

Every site visit is sent by email as an invitation that goes straight into your phone's calendar.

  • After-sales without a phone tag

A problem after the handover becomes a numbered request, assigned to someone, with a reply you can follow.

Before you call

The four questions we hear most

Ask another question
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We come, we measure, we listen, and the quote that follows commits you to nothing. A visit is the only way to write a quote you can trust: one written from photos always misses something.
How long does a quote take?
Ten working days after the visit for a renovation or an extension, a little more for a new house when the plans have to be finished first. If we need longer, we tell you on the day of the visit.
Who is my contact person during the work?
One site manager, named in the quote, who stays the same until the handover. His phone number is on your tracking page, along with the schedule of the coming weeks.
Are you insured?
Every project is covered by our ten-year liability insurance and our professional liability insurance. The certificates are attached to the quote, and to every invoice.
