Quotes and works
A site visit and the quote that follows are free and commit you to nothing. A quote is valid for three months; the work starts once it is signed and the deposit stated in it is paid. Any change to the work is written down in an amendment before it is carried out. The handover is recorded in a report that lists any reservation, and the legal guarantees (completion, two-year and ten-year) run from that date.
Privacy
We collect the information you hand us directly: the contents of the contact form (your name, your email address, your message) and, for a project, the address of the site and the details needed to write the quote and invoice the work. We use it to answer you and to carry out the project, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not enrich it, and we do not send it to an advertising network. Quotes and invoices are kept for the legal accounting period; the rest is deleted once the conversation is closed.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no third-party tracker, which is why you were never asked to accept anything. Your browser keeps your light or dark theme preference, locally, and it is never sent to us. If you switch language, a cookie remembers that choice. If you add analytics, this is the paragraph to rewrite, and a consent banner may then become mandatory.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to the address below; we answer within the legal deadline, and you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Terms
Prices in a quote are shown in euros, excluding and including VAT, and the price that applies is the one in the signed quote and its amendments. Payment terms are those of the quote. Every piece of work carries the legal guarantees of the building trade. By using this site you also agree to use it lawfully and not to extract its content automatically at a scale that degrades it for others.
Intellectual property
The texts, the photographs of our projects, the interface and the source code of this site are protected. The theme itself is licensed to its purchaser under the terms in the LICENSE file that ships with it: you may build client sites with it, you may not resell or redistribute it as a theme.
Liability and contact
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee it is free of error at every moment. If you find one, or if any content here infringes a right of yours, write to the address in the contact page and we will correct or remove it promptly.
