The brief
The customer wanted a bike for a two-week mountain trip and had a small roadster to trade in. The budget was set, the departure date too.
What we did
- Valued the roadster during the test ride and wrote the trade-in on the offer.
- Picked a used adventure bike with a known history, then gave it a full service.
- Fitted side cases, a top case and hand guards, and adjusted the suspension to the rider and the load.
- Booked the handover the day before departure, with a check of tyre pressures and chain tension.
The offer, the workshop order and the handover lived on the same record, so the front desk could answer every call without asking the workshop.
