The brief

The owner had an old trail bike sleeping in a garage and wanted it back on the road, lighter and simpler.

What we did

  • A diagnosis and a written quote, part by part, before any work.
  • Carburettor rebuilt and synchronised, wiring redone, a new battery.
  • New tyres, brake pads and fluid, and a cleaned-up rear frame.
  • Three photos a week on the tracking page, and every extra part asked for before it was ordered.

Three weeks on the workshop schedule, with the parts orders followed as tasks so that nothing waited on a missing bolt.
