The brief
A rider coming back to motorcycling after a few years wanted something simple, light and good looking, for weekend rides.
What we did
- Two test rides on two different bikes, a week apart, booked online.
- A written offer with the bike, a heated grip option and the first service included.
- Workshop preparation: fluids, tyre pressures, accessories fitted and a road test.
- A jacket and a helmet tried on in the gear corner the same afternoon.
The handover was booked in the shared schedule, with the bike, the paperwork and the gear ready at the same time.
