The brief
The owners had the plans of their architect and were looking for a builder who would follow them to the letter and keep them informed without being chased.
What we did
- The whole structure, from the foundations to the roof, to the architect’s plans.
- A long raised terrace in stone, with steps down to the lawn.
- Timber cladding on the upper floor and large sliding windows downstairs.
- Coordination of the plumber, the electrician and the landscaper, under one schedule.
The architect and the owners shared the same tracking page: one place for the schedule, the notes after each visit and the changes agreed along the way.
