The brief
A couple on holiday wanted to explore the coast without a car, at their own pace.
What we did
- A booking online for two 125 scooters, with the licences checked at pick-up.
- Helmets in their sizes, gloves and a top case for each scooter.
- A walk-around of each scooter, photographed and added to the rental record.
- A return the following Saturday, with the check-in done in ten minutes.
The rental, the deposit and the return check were on the same record, visible to the front desk and the workshop.
